Referring to the map at the left, you can locate Cape Coast - about 100 miles west of Accra and right on the Atlantic Ocean.  Site of the infamous Slave Castle, Cape Coast was the first capitol of Britain's Gold Coast Colony and is the modern capitol of Ghana's Central Region.
